With ambitious growth plans and a dynamic team spirit, we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our journey.

Functie

As our new Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing and sales strategy. You'll lead a team of four young and enthusiastic marketing professionals (Brand Marketeer, Online Marketeer, CRO Marketeer, and Designer/DTP), and work closely with our executive team and Area Managers across Europe.
You will:

  • Develop and execute marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive rapid sales growth.
  • Inspire and lead the commercial team while acting as a strategic sparring partner within the executive team.
  • Energize our park network by creating high-impact campaigns aligned with current trends and events.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams of our international partners, including You Jump & Mouratoglou Academies (based in Biot, France).
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.

Profiel

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in e-commerce and digital
  • Proven experience in strategic development and campaign execution
  • A strong affinity for AI tools and the leisure industry
  • The ambition to grow within a fast-paced, international environment
  • Native Dutch fluency and excellent English communication skills (Additional fluency in German or French is a plus)
