Job Description

As a Workday Specialist a.i. taking part in a global rollout, you will help maintain, optimize, and further develop Workday within the company. Your focus will be on improving usability, data quality, and system functionality to support users globally.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as an expert for Workday modules: HCM, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Absence, and Performance Management


  • Translate business needs into user-friendly, innovative Workday solutions


  • Support global implementations and integrations across the company entities.


  • Monitor and improve data quality through reports and analyses


  • Create and manage calculated fields and custom reports


  • Handle a mix of projects, change requests, support tickets, and team assistance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Workday Specialist a.i. will have:



  • Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules


  • Strong experience with calculated fields and reporting


  • A structured, results-driven approach with analytical strength


  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment


  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
